No pictures of food today…Matt is working hard on a deadline so…I made him a egg salad sandwich to eat at his desk while he works hard serving our customers.  Hopefully tomorrow, I enjoy posting about his crazy lunches. ;-)

 “What’s Matt Eating Today” 

For today’s edition of “What’s Matt Eating Today” we were educated along with our lunch.

Our awesome Vulcan Factory Rep, Tim Miller, Brought this VTEC Charbroiler in for us to see in action today.  We hooked it up in our shop where it just happened to be lunch time so Tim made us all a burger, bratwurst or chicken.  

The video created by Vulcan will give all the details you need to know about the all new VTEC.

About Fellers Foodservice I am the 3rd generation, of a family owned food service equipment & supply company. My grandparents (Howard and Phyllis Fellers) opened Fellers Fixtures September 10, 1945 in downtown Springfield, MO. They started out as a small operation reconditioning furniture and small appliances. Grandpa would acquire the many of the items from auctions and the story goes…At one auction he came across a used restaurant range and bought it. He took it back to the shop and it didn’t take long for Grandpa to realize that reconditioning restaurant equipment could be a much more profitable venture then selling used furniture. In 1973, my father (Carl Fellers) took over the business; Fellers Fixtures had grown into a company that not only specialized in used restaurant equipment, but new products as well. By 1985, Carl realized that they had outgrown the Boonville location and it was time to move to the current location at 2140 W. Grand. We have continued to grow & expand the business over the years.
